ToolsMinify is a growing collection of free browser-based utilities for writers, developers, marketers, students, and anyone who works with text, numbers, and data online. Every tool is designed to be simple, fast, and accessible - no sign-up required, no software to install, no paywalls.
Why we built this
Most online tool sites are cluttered with forced registrations, dark patterns, or paywalls for basic features. We wanted a clean alternative: tools that just work, load quickly on any device, and respect your privacy by processing data in your browser whenever possible.
What we offer
We currently host 26 working tools across 6 active categories:
- Text Tools - Count, clean, and transform text. Includes word counter, sentence counter, character counter, remove extra spaces, remove duplicate lines, and text case converter.
- Generator Tools - Create strong passwords, random letters, tiny Unicode text, and small caps text for security, social media bios, and creative projects.
- Calculator Tools - Calculate discounts, percentages, and ad CPM rates for business, shopping, and marketing.
- Developer Tools - Minify and format JSON, minify HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, generate UUID v4 identifiers, encode and decode Base64, and convert text to binary.
- Converter Tools - Convert pixels to inches, centimeters to inches, and other common unit conversions for design and print work.
- SEO Tools - Check meta descriptions and preview Google SERP snippets so your pages look right in search results.
More tools are added regularly. Additional SEO utilities and AI-powered tools are in development.

We built ToolsMinify with a privacy-first approach. Our tools process your data entirely in your browser - nothing you type or paste is sent to our servers.
